What is the return policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return in accordance with this policy.
Items must be returned in new, unused, perfect, saleable condition within 14 days of receipt of your merchandise. Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and have all tags attached. We will not accept any return if the product shows any signs of wear, is damaged, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way. All returns will be subject to strict quality control by M.C.L to ensure that the returned product satisfies these requirements. If the item does not meet quality control standards, we will refuse the return and the item(s) will be sent back to you. If the returned product satisfies quality control standards, we will proceed with the applicable refund or exchange. Please note the reason(s) for the return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund to your original form of payment, minus any shipping charges. You must keep proof of return shipment. We will not be liable in the event that such proof cannot be produced.
If you wish to exchange an item, you will either be charged or refunded the difference in price, where applicable.
We strive to ensure that each product strictly complies with our quality control standards. Due the hand-made nature of our products and because each stone is individually handset, on occasion you may receive an item that is missing a small stone. If you receive such a product, you may return it to us in accordance with this return policy.
How long will it take to receive a refund on a returned order?
To receive credit, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. We will advise what form of payment you will receive upon acceptance of your return, as per our returns policy. In most cases we refund your payment in the same form in which you made payment originally.
How do I return or exchange an order I received as a gift?
At this time, Matthew Campbell Laurenza does not process exchanges on gift orders. Any credit for items returned from a gift order, will be issued to the original purchaser. You are welcome to email us at email@example.com for additional assistance.

How do I take the best care of my Matthew Campbell Laurenza jewelry?
For most M.C.L by Matthew Campbell Laurenza jewelry pieces we recommend to simply treat them with care and store them safely to avoid knocks or scratches on the sterling silver.
We also recommend that you avoid exposing the jewelry to direct sunlight, chemicals, heat sources, rainwater and high humidity environments as this may affect the color tones of the jewelry
Do not handle nail varnish, perfumes, other alcohol-derived products, grease, wax, paint and certain cosmetic products while wearing the jewelry as this may affect the rhodium coating.
We recommend that when getting dressed your jewelry be placed on last and when storing make sure the pieces are kept in a jewelry pouch or box.
To clean your jewelry and ensure longevity for the shine and sparkle of the sapphires, wash the jewels with a soft brush and water then lightly pat dry with a jewelry cloth. Do not soak the pieces for too long as this may affect the plating or rhodium coating.
Do not attempt to clean the pieces with chemicals, solvents or other jewelry cleaners as this may damage the enamel or rhodium finishes.
